One-on-one Fitness Training
Both in-person and virtual sessions available

Custom DIY Fitness Programs

If you are self-motivated, I offer hourly consults (via phone or Zoom) and customized fitness programs you can do on your own time and own location with dumbbells, resistance bands, and other basic equipment. This is a great option if you are self-motivated and are looking for a personalized, yet self-guided program tailored specifically to you, your body, and your goals.

You can choose between a one-time, one hour consultation with 6 custom workouts or a monthly subscription that includes one, one hour consultation per month and 6 new workouts each month, reflecting your progression and improved fitness.

Group Fitness Classes
In-person or on Zoom

Although I teach in Far North Dallas, you don’t have to live in the area to participate! I have clients who Zoom from all over the country.

All group classes are through MoveStudio. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, spots are limited in-studio, so register early to save your spot. Classes are simultaneously Zoomed and there is also an option to sign up for the “replay” and do the class within 18 hours on your own.

Tuesdays at 9:30 am: Upper Body Strengthening

Thursdays at 9:30 am: Lower Body Strengthening
In-person, Zoom, and Replay

Saturdays at 9:00 am: Pilates Mat
